Squeeze a small amount onto wet hands, washcloth or shower puff and rub into a creamy lather. Wash body and rinse for hydrating clean.

Scoop a small amount of scrub from jar and massage onto damp skin. Massage thoroughly and rinse well. A silky feel will remain. Pat dry and follow with body lotion for best results.

Squeeze a small amount of lotion and massage onto dry skin. The best medium hydration body lotion to nourish skin. Safe for body.
